Jocelyn Walker is a communication strategist with nearly a decade of experience leading press and social media strategies at non-profit organizations. In 2016, Jocelyn started as a media fellow at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, then quickly moved up the ranks and became a press officer —leading crisis communications, press strategies and message development targeted for multicultural audiences. After a successful run at Planned Parenthood, in 2020 Jocelyn moved to managing the first in- house communications team at Color Of Change before becoming the Vice President of Communications at the African American Policy Forum in 2023.

Jocelyn is the recipient of PR Week’s 2022 Women of Distinction award & PR Daily’s Rising Star of 2022 award. Jocelyn joined the Partnership for the Future of Learning in 2025 as Communications Director.
