Alexis Paulin-Edwards
Program Associate Partnership for the Future of LearningAlexis is the Partnership’s Program Associate and joined the team in 2023. In her role, she provides the necessary day-to-day administrative, operational, and project support to the network’s staff and consulting core team in advancing the network’s strong, collaborative, and values-driven commitment to public education.
Prior to her tenure at the Partnership, Alexis comes to this work building on years of experience providing programmatic, project management, logistical, communications, community engagement, and external relations support at a variety of nonprofits working to advance the greater public good. Alexis has provided critical capacity building support to organizational leadership in the fields of environmental conservation, human rights, social justice, racial justice, gender justice, reproductive rights, as well as educational equity and information access, particularly as it relates to advocating for, centering the voices and needs of, and providing assistance to underserved and marginalized communities, including, but not limited to, BIPOC, youth, women, immigrants, and low-income people.
Alexis graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Hunter College, the City University of New York, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Human Rights, Women and Gender Studies, and Interdisciplinary Studies as a part of the Thomas Hunter Honors Program.
