In 2023, the Partnership for the Future of Learning released a report on escalating threats to public education through voucher expansion, book bans, and "parent rights" campaigns. Drawing on surveys and interviews with field leaders, the report identifies eight areas of critical need and outlines a three-part strategy for network activation to advance an affirmative vision of learning as a counterforce to these attacks.
